Services

The site presents rides with a driver and car: transfers from and to Sofia, Sofia Airport, all of Bulgaria and neighbouring countries, a driver for your own car and guided trips to mystic places.

Prices and the price estimate

• The calculator gives an estimate: road kilometres one way × 2 ways × the price per kilometre. It is not a final price.
• The final price is confirmed by phone, on Viber or in writing before the trip.
• Rides within Sofia, to the airport and abroad are priced by agreement.
• Prices are in euro. There is no deposit and no extra fee beyond what is agreed. An invoice is issued for every service.

Requests and bookings

A request sent through the form is not a booking. A ride is booked once we confirm the date, time, route and price by phone, on Viber or in writing.

Changes to or cancellation of a booked ride are agreed when booking. Please let us know as early as you can.

Travel time

Distances and times on the site are estimates by road from central Sofia. Actual time depends on traffic, weather and road conditions.

Site content

The texts, photos and graphics on the site belong to the company or are used with permission. They may not be copied or distributed without written consent.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We settle disputes by agreement and, where that is not possible, before the competent Bulgarian court.

Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, www.kzp.bg.
