Who is responsible

What we collect

• When you send a request through the form: your name, phone, where from and where to, date and time, number of passengers and suitcases, your note, the site language and the IP address the request came from.
• When you call, write on Viber, by text or by email: the details you give us yourself.
• When you browse the site: the server keeps a technical log with the IP address, date and time, page address and browser type.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, visitor profiles or any other tracking.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and arrange the ride. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To issue an invoice for the service. The legal basis is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
• The technical log keeps the site secure and helps us find errors. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

• Requests from the form: 12 months after they are sent, then they are deleted automatically. The email copy is deleted within the same period.
• Invoices and accounting records: as long as the Bulgarian Accountancy Act requires.
• The server's technical log: 14 days.

Who can access it

• Only the company. The data is not given to third parties for their own purposes.
• The company that maintains the site under contract and the provider of the server the site runs on (Contabo GmbH, Germany). They have technical access only to keep the site running.
• The abv.bg email service, through which request emails reach us.

The data is stored in the European Union.

Your rights

You may ask to see your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to tonydobrev@abv.bg or call +359 876 532 298. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.

Security

The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Requests are kept on a server with restricted access, and the admin panel is password protected.

Children

Our services are not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes
